Plan is to put a geo metro auto behind the 1.3 lockers front and rear. YJ's in the rear stretched rear toyota truck springs in front. Lower the motor down some samurai hood sloped down like rockmike and dovetailed.

I narrowed the rear frame and I am inboarding the rear springs to the width of the front.
Here is what I did so far

Well now things might have changed a little I think I am going to make it so the wife can wheel it also.

But here are the updates from today

I got the rear axle under it. Made some spring pads and finished mounting the springs. put the axle under it to see the stance.

Heavy duty front samurai shaft I had works perfect.

Shackles are 3/8 2" flar bar stock. Bent in 1/4 to get the offset to stock ZUK shackle hanger.

I really like how ya inboarded the rear front spring mount. The factory hanger sticks way out there and Ive always had problems getting hung up on the in every zuk Ive ever wheeled.I usually run a piece of tube or somthing from the to the frame to keep from hanging on that. This mod is better yet for a wheelin rig.

Happy building

Got the front end tore out today put one yota spring in it to get idea of needed frame stretch.

Shot from the front I want to run 35's max, so I want to minimize the tires on the springs so I will inbored the spring to be even with the frame rail.

Axle striped of the springs I have some serious child labor going on to get this done.

Have no decided if I will cut the frame and make it go out straight instead of dipping I think so. Want to keep this thing low.

How's the Samurai axles sit with the inboarded front springs? I wanted to do this, but the Toys wouldn't let me move in without getting into the pumpkin.

If you're shooting for low, I'd pie cut the frame rails right in front of the motor mounts. I can't get mine as low as I'd like it right now, because I just extended the frame straight out (at the weird downward angle) if I'd cut it, I could go down ~2" (Would be right where I want it)

They might get into the pumpkin some but they will still work. Might have to et creative one ubolt might have to be just bolts like the sky yota swap plates. I am pretty sure the frame will be straight out think I will be happier with the finished product. Also the back spring mounts will be recessed in the frame so they are flat like the rear one. Just got to box it in for strength.

Sounds good & low. Watch for steering clearances. I'm pretty tight as is. Planning Toy power steering?

Not sure yet on which power steering I will use. I was thinking sidekick or astro van box but unsure how it will fit inside the frame. If need be I can notch the frame for clearance.

Or just go 14 bolt.....
