2004 Thor Tahoe Pak Rat 22TB

I picked up this trailer about 1.5 - 2 years ago. Immediately after buying it I got laid off and then the people renting my house stopped paying rent. So I've actually never been able to use it. I need money so I need to sale this it. Its in great shape, very clean, everything works and a sami fits on the back with plenty of room. Its got a heater, stove, sink, toilet, shower, electrical outlets, fridge, few cabinets and a small pantry. The bed in the front folds out and is clean and in great shape. It's also got a porch off the back that encloses a portion of the flat bed trailer part. Only thing it lacks is an AC which, for this little thing, is pretty cheap. When I bought it I thought it had one but I was mistaken. These are really hard to find as they were only made for 2 years. I hate to sale it.

I'm asking $6000 obo which is what I paid for it but then I had to pay $1000 to get it delivered because I wasn't able to pick it up since I got laid off. My buddy picked it up and kept it at his place until I had the money to get it delivered.

I am waiting for the title from the DMV because I couldn't afford to get it registered before. Otherwise I would have sold it a while back. I just wanted to post it now to see if I can get some interested and have a buyer when I get the title in a week or two.

Many pics located here: http://smg.photobucket.com/albums/v4...cpZZ1QQtppZZ16

Thanks,
Billy

I figured I give an update. My wife is in the hospital now and will be for the next 4-5 weeks, until the baby is born. I had to take her to the ER Thursday night. Needless to say the medical bills are going to be huge. All things considered she's doing great and the baby is doing great but due to complications she can't leave. So if anyone wants to make me a reasonable offer please do so. Otherwise I will list it on craigslist, etc. I just wanted to give my fellow zuk enthusiasts first crack.

I also have a trailer weight distributor kit that I will include. I can also help deliver it if that will help anyone.

Thanks.

this is a great buy for someone, pulls easy with a 1/2 ton or 3/4 ton. great behind a suburban or other larger suv. you can't start to build anything close to this for what you can buy it for here.

What is the overall weight of the trailer? Wondering if a 1/2 ton dodge 5.7L 3.92 gear can pull it with a 3000lb crawler.

Here are the specs from Thor.

Wanderer Pak Rat Specifications

Pak Rat Specs
222TB TT
GVWR 7690
UVW - Aluminum Exterior 3580
UVW - Fiberglass Exterior NA
NCC - Aluminum Exterior 4100
NCC - Fiberglass Exterior NA
Hitch Weight (lbs) 690
Fresh Water 33 gallons
Gray Water 25 gallons
Black Water 25 gallons
Furnace 16M BTU
Refrigerator /freezer 5 Cu Ft

I pull it with a 1/2 ton 98 GMC Sierra Z71 with trailer brakes without any issues.

I really hate to sell it, my son is almost old enough where he and I could take it and leave momma and baby at home but now I don't have a choice about it.

My wife is doing okay, she in the hospital for the next 4-5 weeks though.

Thanks,
Billy

My wife would like to see the bed area folded out and such.

She says " I have to sell this thing" if I want it. Meaning I have to put on the sales pitch.
