I frickin itch!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok so wed. night I get home from work (normal day) about 6:30 get dinner started and I start the ol dry skin itch on my chest, the wife gets home from work about 7:15 and as I am itching I lift up my shirt and it ain't no dry skin. I have this rash on my lower rib cage on both sides I stop itching it. I take 2 benadryl as I go to bed. Thursday morning I wake up and when I turn on the bathroom light I look in the mirror and I have this rash/hives/welts from head to toe. I call my doctor when they open and they got me in at 9:45 at this point it's still a red rash and doesn't itch but it ain't right. My doctor says I had a severe allergic reaction to who knows what and I need to schedule a appointment with a allergist. He writes me a script for some high potency steroids. Take 3 the first 2 days 2 the next 2 days and 1 the last 2 days. Well I took 3 yesterday and these hives are moving around, some times on my back then my legs and feet and DAMN do I itch. Well here it is day 2 and it isn't any better. I'll take the steroid and a benadryl and the hives will disappear off my arms and a hour or two later show up on my legs or back. they itch the worst when they or on my feet or hands and they are growing in size. Guess I'll be calling my doctor in the morning, this just ain't right. I need some sleep which is hard to do when you are itching body parts all night.

funny thats what the wife said but the doctor said no. He said it would of started up to 6 to 8 hours after not days later. Someone else mentioned if I had any new stress the last couple of days something I didn't think of but there was this one item, well I'll ask the doct tomorrow if i can get in if stress could cause this. I don't think stress could cause this I LIVE FOR STRESS!!!!! it's my life

Thats pretty interesting. Ask the wifey if there has been any change in the cloths detergent or dryer softerners, Also bar soap. Do you have a hot tub? Out of wack water will do this but not last several days. It sounds to me like you are having a repeat exposure to something.

nope nothing has changed gotta call the doc in the morning i'm back up 2:30 am and under attack, itch like a mofo. I took some more meds and are waiting for them to kick in so I might get some more sleep befoe I have to go to work. I don't know what this is but it sucks, They are growing and I hope the meds kick in before it gets much worse, here are my arms

it's my hands and feet that itch the worst

I had that,or something like that once when I was 10. My grandma made me take a super hot salt water bath and it cleared right up. Might want to try that, its worth a shot...

Dear Sir itchalot... See if you can trace it to something you've been eating. A couple months ago I got a mysterious rash that looked just like that (sans ass pounding

) and I had it for several days. The whole deal you know, get up freak out, rub hydrocortizone on it go to work, come home freak out that it's moved, repeat the cream, so on and so forth. Well as near as I can tell I got a block of cheese at wallyworld that had some bad Voodo on it cause the rash started the same day I ate some of it and as soon as I stopped cooking with it the rash went away.

they havent't given you a shot of kenalog yet? Should help with the itch. Daughter has severe allergies, they are aggravated by stress, but seems as though I recall, what you have probably is something you ate........doubt that it has anything to do with ass pounding. Long shot might be bedbugs.

thats not shingles. Shingles follow nerve tracks and don't migrate like that. Did you get a script for prednisone?

Bill go to Dollar general and get 10 tubes of anti itch cream (10 because they are about as big is your bird finger) mop it on.
the rash I get like that comes off the grass on a pasture we have on the river. everytime Iride the atv to check cows I get coverd in it. thank God for zukis
