I'm the only one in the pot at the end of the month. Whats up with this? Hey Red, poke the ribs of those that run this fleeced up joint and see if there is some thing to do to promote this MOM of the site? I think it's over looked by newbies and they have no clue on what it is or means.

Kind of a catch 22. If people are chosen who contribute the most, then you will have the same people chosen. If you just rotate it around, then you will giving it to people who contribute very little, if anything at all and it looses its value.

I have no answerer, but can say I have encountered the same thing working for companies that have employees of the month. The fact is, some people contribute more than others. Each of us can go in spurts of our contribution. Another thought is perhaps not enough appreciation is given for small contributions. An example would be a detailed write up on how to R&R a windshield/frame, or maybe R&R as window crank assembly. These are subjects that are not as exciting as how to install rear calipers, but they are just as valuable. There is a long list of how to subjects I think would be worth while.

truk - I was serious, and I think your post was very valid. My post was not intended to offend anyone in any way, especially those that have been nominated and/or selected in the past. I will add, in some months, several people will get nominated and the next month only 2 or 3. In the group of several, why are they not nominated the next month? I appreciate that this about the "Member of the Month", but a members post prior to this month is one of those things that keep the Forum active. This is simply my observation.

I have not been very active for the past couple of months. Fact is, other than repair my incomplete EXO Cage after a side flop, I have not done anything exciting to my Zuk. It did its job by the way, no body damage on the roll. I lurk less simply cause there have been very few post on the Samurai other than the what size tires, hows much lift, 1.3 or 1.6, or super mods. I have benefited by these post topics, but I see more in my Samurai than that. I am hoping to inspire people to post the not so headline stuff they do to their Zuk.

Don't you need October and November now too? I might have missed those posts.

I would nominate but I have not been on the forums very much at all so I have no clue whom has been doing what.
