So little disappointed my 2000 tracker intake showed up and none of the assessors will match up. Was hopping to use bigger TB but will have to make an adaptor plate for 1.3 TB and remote mount MAP sensor. Going to try and use the injectors that came with 1.6 intake.

I used a 96 intake. I need to re drill the flange holes to fit a Mitsu TB. Plated off the warm and IAC valve. but I am using a MicroSquirt

Yes because I run a microsquirt I am able to idle with the fuel trim and set the throttle plate. It worked well at 20*

I bolted a 1.6 16v intake up to the g13bb. I'm a little concerned about the throttle body size of the g16. The 13 is 40mm and the 16 is 50mm. The g13bb throttle body is only 64% the size.

All the formulas i found for sizing the throttle body point to optimal size being 38mm to 41mm.

Thoughts anyone?

Go with the 50 mm it wakes the little monster up.
