I don't know about a disc conversion, but I think that you'd have to have custom shafts made to convert to 5 lug.

If you cant find any brackets, Get a 44 out of an isuzu rodeo. mine came out of a 95. They come with disc brakes. m2c

Im even able to use the e-brake on it. Just had to pull out a rodeo e-brake handle and modify the plate. :)

I made my own brackets many years ago. I am useing stock zuk front rotors and calipers. They work real good. No e-brake, but I have a line-lock so no issues there.

I sent my stock waggy axles off to Moser and they drilled them for the 5 on 5.5 bolt pattern. Any machine shop could do it too. One hole matches up and one is drilled real close, but have had no issues and I have wheeled hard including a couple hard barrel rolls!

here's what i did: stock waggy axles, started with stock front sammy rotor, cleaned up the inside of "hat" area in lathe, knocked out all but 1 stud in stock waggy axles, turned very outside of axle flanges down til just barely fit inside sammy rotor. welded up 2 of existing holes and ground both sides flat. used sammy rotor over single stud to locate hole, took transfer punch and marked nessary 4 holes. drilled and reamed all 5 holes for ford wheels studs. while axle is in lathe turn the inside taper of axle flange down to dia of ford front rotor (i think i used the 84 TTB rotor but might have been late 70's version, 1 is thicker and thats the 1 you want, also need 10 studs for sme application). install ford rotor on back side of waggy axle and press in studs (studs hold rotor solid to axle). I bought brackets from John 4x4 & More 417-744-2721 cheap less than $30.00 pr ask for Brandon tell him Shane sent you. these brackets weld to axle housing and will need to be ground out to fit bell on end of waggy axle tube. put reman 80 chevy 1/2 ton calipers (i think i paid around 13 ea and new pads cheap pads grip better if yo don't ever get them HOT) on brackets apply air pressure to brake line hole this will center and square caliper on rotor. tack weld brackets while still applying air. then add gussets, pull axles and calipers and fully weld brackets and gussets a little at a time so they don't move around. I would then recomend tapping the bango fitting holes to 1/4" pipe or if you use jeep calipers 1/8" pipe threads, insert pipe to -4 an fitting and use braided lines. Speedwaymotors.com has all lines and fittings you will need along with porportioning valve. I used 80 firebird master cly, you will have to change the brake lines at the distrubuting block on sammy frame(this is covered here and at pirate search before asking). I'm very happy with this setup, I use simple hydraulic lock on rear brakes for parking. It will completly, easily lock up all tires, although if i was driving on street needs more rear reduction as they lock up first with valve adjusted all the way. ]

I used 74 chevy knuckles, spindles, and brakes, with 78 ford hubs and rotors in front.

hope this helps and if someone want to edit and sticky this in dana swap post anyone is welcome to do so. I search for at least 8 hours to get all the info i needed.
