Besides a kit, what have you guys done to make frame extensions for YJs?

I did not do it to install YJs but here are pictures of what we did to mine.

We cut it right in front of the engine mounts and made a new clip out of rectangle tubing.

That looks like good work. Here is a factory spec of a LWB frame if that helps.

but don't you still have a box to run it through?That is for Hydro assit, with full hydro you don't need a box. You still need the pump.

Wiht the full hydro. you just mount the orbital valve anywhere on the steering shaft. Makes it much simpler.
