2.0 Liter Vitara motor swap in 1st Generation Tracker/Sidekick....bye, bye 1.6 liter!!!

I have been teasing a few of you about swapping the 1999 on up 2.0 liter Vitara/Tracker motor into a 1st generation Tracker/Sidekick for a few weeks and have finally started the write up on it.

Here is a link to the beginning of the write up:

The write-up will have to be written up as I can get it done. There is quite a bit of info to go over and lots of pictures. Most of your questions will be answered by reading the completed the write-up. The write up will be UPDATED DAILY.

Sean welcome to the site.

OK, after about a month I have come to the conclusion that there is no way I will be able to pull the pic's off of the corrupted hard drive, which is what has been delaying the finish of the write-up. I apologize for this delay and assure everyone that the write-up will be finished as soon as possible.......just without as many detailed pic's.

Thank goodness Mr Suzuki had enough for thought to fit A 2.0 V6 in the gen 1 rigs stock - has obviously saved me a lot of work :shocked!:

Great going though any way smokin
