So I have this spare stock front axel for a 88 1/2 sammy just taking space in my yard and I'm looking for suggestions what to do with it since I sit on yota axels.

1. decorative lawn ornament
2. front end of go-cart
3. worlds biggest paperweight
4. farm implement

Any suggestions?

I vote #2, front end of a go-cart, you could start a whole new craze, rock-carts :p

get a rear axle and build an ultra light weight buggy with a geo metro motor.

What you should do is grind the welds and switch the tubes so it is a drivers side drop and then you should put a hydraulic ram on it and sell it on ebay as a quad steer unit. That would be excelent and I would bid on it. Quad steering ROCKS.jamminzz rockonn jamminzz

Clean it up with the pressure washer, spray paint it black and sell it on Ebay, use the $$$ for more stuff for your Zuk! toast

Cut it into pieces and fill with concrete, then sell them as suzuki boat anchors!

hang it from the ceiling in your garage and install a fan out of the pinion.

Just dont take it to the scrap yard!! I needed a short side front axle so I gathered up all my axles and took them to the scrap yard to pay for the front short side. I got 31.00 for over 700#'s worth of scrap axles. hind site is 20 20 , Ill never do that again!! the wife is happy though, less stuff laying in the garage and attic. ( gotta lotta brownie points for that).

I do like the fan idea, that would be awsome. or you could mount it to your bench and use it for a grinder. you could use an old starter motor to turn it.

I turned half an old axle and half a drive shaft into a 'tilt-n-swivel' setup for a follow spotlight at my church. Actually used a stock sammy tire and wheel as the base and bolted the axle to it through the brake drum. Works great for their plays and holiday productions...
