Does this come with the hardware to mount or do I just screw it to the fender. I am new to the sammi thing and not really sure what I want to do yet but I know that the jeep flares look good on the sammi.

They screw in on the underside - very simple install and, yes... they do look pretty sweet on a Sami :happy
