gday all, im wondering if any one has made up a rear drive shaft disconnect, or has any pics of some home made ones?? even some ideas of how to make one would be good.

Check out the one that Trail Tough sells. I think it's the only game in town. It is under products, then transfercase/driveshaft

Disconnects your rear driveshaft for towing. With this, you don't have to worry if the tcase bumps into gear. You totally disconnect the rear end from the drivetrain.

yer front digs is what it will be used for.

Does any one know how the trailtough one is put together? has any one ever pulled one apart??

Lots of people are running them, I hear the hold up well and work as advertised. Sorry that's all the info I have.

I've heard a lot of people mention them but never an install pic.

Yea when I first got in to Zuk's one thing I was really bummed about was even with twin sticks a sami case can't do front digs.
Someone came up with some cool shet right there!

I just realized something... has anyone used the disconnect with the spidertrax tcase emergency brake?

I doubt that it is compatable with the emergency brake on the back of the T-case. They mount to the same holes. If 400 is too steep, I just posted a used one for 260 in classifies.

I would not do front digs with big tires and a zuk case maybe in loose dirt but not on rocks

I'm on my third front output shaft because of this.
