The driveablity will be no better or worse with a spring over lift, Its the bigger tires that will kill what little power you have. Unless you regear for bigger tires I bet the wife will not like it.

How hi exactly do you want to go? It's stock now?
You can get quite a bit of height and still be SPUA or go SPUA get a good steering kit and it shoud work fine also. If you go spua and run 31's with stock gearing your gonna start to lose your top speed with a stock engine.
If you want to go spring over do it just watch your front pinion angles and upgrade the steering.

edit lol i got caught up watching the baseball game and it took me 15 minutes to post that.

3" wont be enough for 33's. i would do a spoa and 31's. that wont change speed to tearably bad and give it a good look. as for streetability i drive mine to work almost every day on 35's and 13" of lift. it only goes 50 at top speed but thats because of the gears i run. hope this helps. bigok

I think the Zuk is pretty stable with a spring over. It's the lack of power with bigger tires that gets old fast.

YJ's make for an "Awesome" ride and will give you room to fit 33's.
