I searched first (results here: http://www.zukikrawlers.com/search.php?searchid=10704) and don't see what I need.
I'm going to do the timing belt/water pump replacement job. While I'm in there, I want to replace the crank and camshaft seals. Two questions -
1. I'm pretty sure the NAPA P/N for the camshaft seal is 12733. Check it out:
http://www.napaonline.com/masterpages/NOLMaster.aspx?PageId=470&LineCode=NOS&PartNumber=12733&Description=Camshaft+Seal
2. On Zu, someone said the P/N for the crank seal is 12700. But I don't think that's right. I don't think NAPA has a P/N for it, but I think the MFR P/N is 12724, which NAPA does cross-reference as a "timing cover seal". Check it out:
http://www.napaonline.com/masterpages/NOLMaster.aspx?PageId=470&LineCode=NOS&PartNumber=12724&Description=Timing+Cover+Seal
Can anyone verify the crank seal part number?
Also, do I understand correctly you can just pull the old ones out and push the new ones in by hand?
